Honest, very fair pricing & advanced in tech. This small family business makes you feel cared for vs being rushed and squeezed for $$. It was a breath of fresh air hearing their opinion and proposed approach for my child’s treatment vs the big name ortho shops In ahwatukee. Example: Big team Ortho, knew my child recent had root canal, they pushed endodontist over phone to give clearance to start, when they clearly said it needed 6mos to settle and confirm with images. Then they relayed to me as if endo said it was ok to move faster. Then they advised to remove 2 baby teeth surgically to accelerate the treatment plan… lastly, were told phase 1 x$ and phase 2 was Y$ we completed phase one… but then when phase 2 was being pushed for payment & acceptance it went from 3k in original quote given 2 years earlier at phase 1 which was 3k To now 6k for phase 2……. I said wait…. When did that change, they said oh well we have had an increase in costs…. Over 100% increase and no heads up… just tried to slide it through….. so gross! When an ortho has a dedicated sales team who is more sneaky than a used car lot, the writing is on the wall. Def go see Mecham Ortho!!!!!

I’ve had such a great experience with Mecham Orthodontics that I’ve referred many friends and people around me here. I originally came to Dr. Mecham because I had started an Invisalign treatment plan abroad, and after moving, things were not going well since I could no longer attend regular checkups with my original provider. I was mainly having issues with attachments, and I reached out to several orthodontists, but most only wanted to help if I completely switched over to their treatment plan. Dr. Mecham was different. He listened to my situation, was understanding, and kindly offered a separate service to help address my attachment issue without forcing me to restart or change everything. That level of honesty, flexibility, and patient-centered care really stood out to me. Because of that experience and the trust I built with the team, I ultimately decided to continue and finish my orthodontic journey with Mecham Orthodontics using InBrace. Throughout the process, Dr. Mecham has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining treatment options and making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. The plan was finished exactly as he has anticipated for me and quickly helped me finish my 6-year journey of correcting my bite and improving my smile. The entire staff has also been amazing—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and treats patients exceptionally well. On top of that, their payment plans are very flexible and affordable, which made treatment feel much more manageable.
